Funeral Celebrant

Honouring life’s difficult moments.

One of the most meaningful aspects of my work is journeying with and assisting families as a Celebrant, to develop a meaningful funeral service for their loved ones. Planning a funeral service while grieving a loss can be extremely overwhelming. I am here to support you during this time and make the process as easy as possible.

Together we will develop a funeral service that reflects the personality of your loved one. I am available to meet in your home, or anywhere that you feel comfortable, to learn about your loved one and how you would like to honour and celebrate their life. Then, I will officiate the ceremony liaising with the Funeral Director to make sure that every aspect happens according to your wishes.

I am based in British Columbia and work with Funeral Homes in the Kelowna area and am willing to travel from Penticton to Vernon. I can be booked directly using the form below or through your Funeral Home.

Why work with me as your Celebrant?

  • You’ll have someone who can support you through your time of grief.
  • Working with a Celebrant can help ease the stress of planning a funeral.
  • Ensure your loved one’s personality and your memories are reflected throughout the ceremony.
  • Provides an alternative to a traditional religious ceremony.

What others say about Pam Moss

“Pam was so amazing to work with, and the support that she provided for my mom was significant and helped her to manage through a time that was tough for her. Pam’s words at the service were perfect and we all felt that my dad got the send-off he was worthy of.”

“Somehow in only a few hours of time with us Pam seemed to just get us, and understand not only who we were but who Ben was as well. That is truly a gift. After dreading the day, and initially not sure how we would navigate through it, she served as a calm guide and we felt safe in her hands. The service for Ben was incredible”
